Thailand like most tropical countries has hot summers and cold winters. The southwest Monsoon hits the country in the mid- May and it continues till September. The best months to visit Thailand are from November to March, when the weather is dry and cool.
Thai Religions
The highest percentages of people in Thailand are Buddhists. According to the 2000 census, about 5 % of the populations are Muslims in Thailand and other religions constitute about 1 % of the population.
